Abstract :
The scattering patterns of a perfectly conducting strip can be modified by making part of the strip from resistive materials. A description is given of a method of deriving a complex resistive taper that places multiple nulls in the bistatic scattering pattern or one null in the backscattering pattern of a strip.<>
