Abstract :
In the type test process of a certain type AC-Driven Electrical Multiple Unit (EMU), because of the logical error of pulse rectifier´s carrier phase shifting control, line side harmonic content is amplified. Transient value of line voltage increases and the normal work of other EMU under the same power supply arm is impacted. Through harmonic analysis on test data and line side harmonic characteristic of EMU, this article finds out the reason why line harmonic content is amplified. By modifying pulse rectifier´s control software, successfully solve the problem of too much line side harmonic content in the operation of the EMU.
