Abstract :
We implemented a Symbolic Circuit Analysis Software toolbox based on Affine Arithmetic. The toolbox is defined with small signal Affine MOSFET models along with conventional MOSFET models. As a case study the demonstration compares the use of affine models with conventional models in various circuit architectures. The symbolic analysis results are also compared with SPICE analysis results. This demonstration is associated with CAD and other tools for Analog Design track (Track 1.12).
