  • Abstract
    The fast rising time EMP (FREMP) could get into the RF receiver to destroy the components and circuits by coupling with the antenna, the cable, the slot of equipment case. etc, the amplitude of the antenna coupling pulse is much stronger the others. So this article first collects the components or circuits which can be used in FREMP protection. Then researching the method to combine the advantages of different component. Having a design plan which can protect the RF receiver from a very fast rising time, high-power EMP. The test result shows that the protection can decrease the amplitude of FREMP about 37dB.
