Abstract :
In this paper, the simulation and optimization analysis of the planetary grinding head are given, so are the best parameter combination, in order to provide the computer controlled optical polishing removal function of the large aperture optical aspheric surfaces. The feasibility of the method is verified experimentally. This research provides theoretical basis for improving the convergence speed and accuracy of the surface errors.
