Abstract :
The fundamental performance parameters of traction motor for electric vehicle directly influence the motor efficiency region, so the maxima driving range of vehicle is affected. According to empirical design formulae and orthogonal optimization theory of induction motor, this paper designs an orthogonal project with four factors. The simulation results of china city driving cycle that come from electric vehicle model built in Advisor was applied for range analysis, then the optimal level of each factor was decided. At last, the optimal parameters matching scheme of induction motor for this driving cycle was estimated.
