Abstract
Considering the shortcomings of the current worm defense system, an agent-oriented worm defense system, AOSWD, is proposed in this paper. In the hierarchical framework of AOSWD, the agents are independent but can roam in the network freely and collaborate with each other to defend against Internet worms. In this paper, we discuss the system architecture and the realization details, propose the key technique for the system and analyze the system performance
