Abstract :
This paper introduces the design method of the angle hammers impact test system of the automobile fuel tank in detail. We have discovered the appropriate algorithm and have achieved the request precision through the computation of the data. We used the single chip of ATmega8 and a series of electronic elements to complete the control of the impact test platform. We have solved the memory overflow problem of single chip by using the appropriate algorithm. This system can reduce the uncertainty and the influence caused by human. This system has already been in operation and can meet the design requirements completely.
