In addition, the staff of relocation and the staff suffering from disease in travel also have needs of the remote medical treatment. Over the past, these off-site staffs which accepted the remote medical treatment need to achieve these things of self-pay, own Loaning, and returning to the location of insurance for the reimbursement. Now the number of off-site medical personnel is increasing very quickly, patients have to seek more convenient and quality services of health. By building the platform of smart medical system based on the social security card, we can effectively meet the individual remote medical treatment of patients. Through the real-time network and smart information systems, we will remove the off-site medical reimbursement Regulations, simplify the process of remote medical treatment, and improve the quality of medical and insurance services.
