Abstract
According to the Y-connected three-phase full-controlled bridge between two turn-on circuit, the research studies the working principle and builds the mathematical model of magnet brushless DC motor (BLDCM). Being different from the previous modeling method for BLDCM, the paper proposes a new modeling method based on Matlab/Simulink. The PWM signals are generated by the interaction of the motor speed closed-loop system and the current hysteresis. The motor reference current compares with the motor speed feedback signal, and then the simulation model is output for PWM signals. At the same time the paper gives the simulating results. In comparison with theoretical analysis, the simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis, and lay a solid foundation for BLDCM control algorithm.
