Abstract
Being based on variable density method and taking minimum weight as the optimization target, depending on joint style of structural elements, if there is hole in structure, topological forms such as number and position of holes, etc., made the structure transferring external load to the pedestal under the state that constraint conditions relating to balance, stress, displacement, etc. are satisfied. Taking the displacement as constraint condition, performed topological optimization to the pedestal by applying optimization software OptiStruct of Altair, and design of pedestal, performed stress and deformation analysis to pedestal under static load, to achieve the optimization target of minimum mass under the condition that requirements of load and space dimensions are satisfied.
