Abstract :
The results of research of temperature dependence of surface resistance RS(T) of epitaxial films of YBa2Cu3O7-δ deposited onto sapphire substrates are presented. The measurements were made at a frequency of 135 GHz. It is shown that the obtained results in a low temperature range can be satisfactory explained by means of the existing theoretical model of losses in high-temperature superconductor films connected with a presence of normal domains like spherical inclusions.
