Abstract :
The polariton excitations associated with magnetoplasma and cyclotron oscillations in a homogeneous two-dimensional electron layer surrounded by two dielectric half-spaces with different dielectric constants are theoretically studied. Nonhomogeneous radiative cyclotron oscillations (radiative cyclotron-polaritons) are studied for the first time
