Abstract :
Wang et al., (1998) did not point out the regime of the chaotic control parameter. By analyzing the Lyapunov exponent of Wang-Smiths´s chaotic simulated annealing (CSA) in detail, a lower bound for chaotic control parameter of Wang-Smiths´s model is given. Computer simulation results agree with the theoretical prediction
