Abstract
To solve the HIP lack of movement in the region, a method to support micro-mobility of MIP is applied to the HIP. HIP makes any original RVS (Rendezvous Server) is divided into three layers, improved the HIP mobility management. This mechanism can not only solve the MN moves in different regions of management, but also than the original HIP protocol has an advantage. Performance analysis shows that not only can reduce the signaling overhead, and can support micro-mobility.
