Abstract :
It is of practical and socioeconomic significance to provide cotton yield prediction earlier for cotton is an important cash crop. In this text, a method of forecasting the trends of cotton´s yield dynamically is established, finding meteorologic influence index to some year since 1960, using the theory of synthesize cluster analysis and such data as the daily air temperature, the precipitation and the sunshine and combining the cotton physiological index. The method can be used to dynamic predict cotton´s unit yield after having sowed a month. This method is testified to the high accuracy rate after ten years´ test. Therefore, this method is of better value to the operational application.
