  • Abstract
    With the increasing wealth of satellite data, remote sensing technology has been widely used in flood control. It has become an important tool in disaster prevention and mitigation. In view of demand for multi-source remote sensing data in flood monitoring and rapid assessment, the flood monitoring and assessment system has been designed and developed based on C and C + + language and cross-platform interface development class library. Based on this system, the efficiency of flood monitoring and assessment has been greatly improved.
