Abstract
A technique for on-line control of a propagating cardiac wavefront is presented. This technique uses low-level inhibitory stimuli to hyperpolarize segments of the cardiac tissue. The stimuli can delay conduction of a propagating wavefront as well as change its propagation direction. The bidomain model is used to simulate these phenomena assuming a thin sheet of cardiac tissue
