Abstract :
Development results of a wide-range medical ozonator equipped with ozone concentration measurement device are presented in the paper. The ozone synthesis was carried out with a microsecond pulsed-periodical barrier discharge with automatic preliminary ionization. The ozone output concentration is 0.1-80 mg/1, volumetric rate of an output flow is from 0.1 1/min up to 1 1/min. To measure the ozone concentration we used photometric method in Shappui absorption band. A LED was used as a radiator.
