Abstract :
Summary form only given. The investigations in the millimeter-wave band requires creating, improving and automation of the investigation processes according to modern technical standards. This report describes the automatic device which allows one to investigate (using a personal computer) the spectrum and field distribution of the excited oscillation types and measure the Q-factor in the millimeter-wave band. This device is also used for material diagnostics
