Abstract :
A parallel band-to-band registration approach for HJ-1A/1B CCD images using Open Multi-Processing (OpenMP) is presented in this paper. The band-to-band registration is based on the idea of tiny facet differential rectification. The computation intensive steps in band-to-band registration for satellite gravity are analyzed and some key steps which need to be parallelized for the performance improvement are optimized using OpenMP. Experiments are designed for the validation of the proposed approach by HJ-1A/1B CCD Images, in which quantitative analyses are applied to evaluate both the efficiency and the accuracy of band-to-band registration.
