Abstract :
Proposed a method of vector collection based on LiDAR point cloud data. Firstly, the paper derives the three-dimensional coordinates formula of the point cloud from two-dimensional screen coordinates, and proposes a coordinates collection method on the location with no point data in the three-dimensional. Finally, makes the data collected vectorization. And exports vector data with general form. It provides an effective means for three-dimensional reconstruction and topographic maps production using LiDAR point cloud data. In accordance with the method, LiDAR point clouds vector data collection system is developed by using the OpenGL 3D graphics development kit. The experiment verified that the system can quickly, accurately and effectively collect data points.
