  • Abstract
    In this paper, we present a 3D geometric constraint solver for direct manipulation of B-rep model. First, we discuss the representation of 3D geometric elements and geometric constraints. Then, we propose two abstract dual objects to encapsulate diverse geometric elements based on the decoupled property analysis of constraint configuration. Subsequently, we introduce a modified directed graph method to model and decompose the geometric constraint system. Finally, we give the software architecture of the solver CBA3D, and use an illustrative example to validate its correctness and efficiency.
