Abstract

An electrocardiomultigraphimeter has been built which features vectorcardiography, polar coordinate tracing, automatic measurements between manually selected fiducial points and trace data filing on patient disks. The result is a package designed to work on most laptop computers that exhibits advanced clinico-scientific capabilities, as compared to current electrocardiographic instruments, and ease of installation and use. This new instrument should be suitable not only for offices of cardiologists but also for on-site heart analysis (i.e. for mobile units) and for training purposes
