Abstract :
Radiometers are receivers of own radio-thermal radiation of investigated objects, which use in remote sensing, a radiolocation, meteorology, astronomy and medicine. For solving problems of parameter estimation of spatially-distributed objects can be used systems of aperture synthesis, mobile and scanning radiometers. The last are most simply realised in practice. However the analysis of such radiometers construction has shown that their structures are not optimum. Different problem statements of statistical synthesis of radiometric systems have been solved by authors. In noted works the regularizing additive was entered into the observation equation in the form of low power zero mean Gaussian white noise. This additive exclude incorrect solutions of the integral equations. However the physics and size of this additive were not instantiated. In the report the solution of problem for signals parameters estimation in the scanning radiometer which predetection section is set by two consistently included stages is resulted. Such statement of a problem allows to substantiate physics of the regularizing additive.
