Abstract
Currently, to determine the parameters of rough surfaces are promising speckle interferometric techniques. In this work the method of simulation of rough surfaces and speckle interference fields generated in the area of observation, is a superposition of coherent radiation scattered rough surface [1, 2]. Speckle pattern - is a granular structure, which is the interference pattern of the scattered rough surface of coherent radiation.
