Abstract
The accuracy of queueing network models is affected by the overall configuration of various communication protocols. In addition, various network measurements and traffic control techniques are seldom accounted for. In this paper, some of the assumptions of priority serving scheme (PSS) are considered to formulate the source-to-destination over chains delay and the distribution of source-to-destination delay of a given network chain.
