Abstract
A real-time brain computer interface (BCI) web browser was designed for the motion disabled. By collecting subjects´ EEG signal of the cerebral cortex, System can analyze it to a result as the input control signal of web browser. Then people can visit the website through their thinking. The article introduces the visual evoked potential-based brain-computer interface for the web browser control. The type of brain-computer interface is the use of fixed-frequency in the monitor blinking objects generated EEG steady-state visual evoked it into three control signals, and then as a dedicated web browser control information input to achieve use browser´s functionality.
