Abstract
In this paper, the parameters of an equivalent circuit model were derived from the coupling-of-modes theory model. The consistency between two models was confirmed through calculating the characteristics of an interdigital transducer and a reflection grating with metalization ratio at 0.5. The accuracy of the derived equivalent circuit model was proved by comparing the simulation and measurement results of a 400MHz one-port resonator and an 1842.5MHz ladder-type filters, respectively.
