Abstract :
The construction and the calculations in designing the 0.18-THz amplifier with regard to the binary comb dimensions are presented. The orbictron-amplifier operating at 3.5 kV and a current of 0.07-0.18 A provides for a 5-9% efficiency, gain of 18 to 38 dB, output power of 10 to 40 W with a signal power of 0.01-0.5 W.
