Abstract :
This paper propose a rural power network planning and comprehensive appraisal decision-making method based on hierarchical ordering gray relational analysis, by using hierarchical ordering relation to determine the index weight, do not construct judge matrix and consistency verification, increases computing speed, using dynamic method in the the determination of correlation coefficients of gray relational analysis to can effectively improve the float associated with resolution more in line with the actual situation.
