Abstract :
With the development of economy, the electricity load also increased, in order to avoid shortage of power supply, must increase the investment in power construction correspondingly. How to determine the amount and the time of investment should be taken into account, when made decision. Of course, there are many related factors, this paper only from the capacity-load ratio as an example which accounted for a larger proportion of the factors, illustrated how to judge and decide.
