Abstract
Demonstrates how affordable state-of-the-art PC technologies may be combined to develop high quality system-specific MoSART environments which are useful for enhancing the education and research process. The remainder of the paper is organized as follows. Section 2 describes some of the mathematical models implemented in the environment. In Section 3 the environment itself is described. The utility of the environment as an educational and research tool is demonstrated in Section 4. Finally, future directions are presented in Section 5
