Abstract :
Techniques are described which are used by the authors to introduce stakeholder analysis into an object-oriented organizational model. Knowledge-based representations of stakeholders´ positions are used to assess their impact on simulated decision scenarios. The architecture of an object/rule-oriented stakeholder tool is described, as well as its interfaces with an object-oriented environment for organizational modeling. The process used by the authors for eliciting positions and modeling their impact on the organization is also described
