  • Abstract
To facilitate biologist´s research, workflow technology provides a generic mechanism to integrate diverse types of resources, such as databases, software and services, which facilitate knowledge exchange within different divergent fields. In this paper, we developed a workflow-based platform for integrating bioinformatics applications and tools, namely BiosFlow. BiosFlow is a Semantic Web platform, which provides nucleotide, protein and multiple neural spike train data analysis.
