An interactive theory model of commercial insurance and social insurance

Presently, the research of commercial insurance and social insurance lies in treating two parts as separated elements and the realization of the balanced development in different fields. However, the problem is that the relationship is neglected, which is very important in analyzing the research. The paper aims at a new conclusion overcoming the mentioned shortage. It concludes an interior mechanism based on three theoretical models, which has mutual benefit for both, that is: commercial insurance company deal with many aspects of social insurance funds and government authorities which used to be in charge with the former duties now just take the responsibility of supervision. The author finally proves the possibility of practice and correctness through the theoretical model.
