  • Abstract
    An oxygen sensor system was established to access pericellular oxygen concentration in hypoxic tumor cell culture applications. Novel chronoamperometric protocols to operate the sensor showed a good long-time stability. Inherent capacitive current contributions were successfully eliminated.
