Abstract :
This paper is a continuation of investigation of authors in the area of elaborating new effective methods for detection of change-points and diagnostics. In this paper we propose methods for detection of a diagnoses on the basis of the ideas of opinions functions and detection of characteristical elements by a moving window algorithm and a fixed coordinate system approach
