Abstract :
In order to investigate the dynamic characteristic of the aircraft with forward swept folding wing, the finite element model of the forward swept folding wing was modeled in the commercial finite element analysis software MSC Patran, and the corresponding modal analysis was performed using the SOL 103 solution sequence in the MSC Nastran. The influences of folding angle, stiffness of the inner hinge and the stiffness of the outer hinge on the modal parameters of the wing are investigated based on a series of finite element model. The results show that the influence of the stiffness of the hinge on the first four modes can be neglected if the stiffness of the hinge is bigger than 107Nm.
