Abstract
This paper extends earlier results (IEEE Trans. vol.ASSP-39 no.1, p.76-84, Jan. 1991) to adaptive arrays for interference cancellation based on different array geometry termed `minimum redundancy array´ (MRA). An efficient solution is presented for the minimum noise variance optimization problem, and explicit analytical solutions are derived for the eigenanalysis canceler corresponding to the optimal weight vector and the system output noise variance with MRA and Uniform Regular Array structures. A performance evaluation is carried out
