Research on the selection of enterprise logistics strategic paths from the perspective of competitive strategies

By analyzing the core elements of logistics capability, a matrix model of logistics capability was constructed, and a chart on enterprise logistics strategic paths was proposed. Based on the theory of the three competitive strategies, this paper states the transitions and distributions of logistics strategic paths under the overall cost leadership, differentiation, and focus strategy, respectively. In order to take shape a set of concise ideas for choices of enterprise logistics strategic path, some basic steps for selection were put forward.
