Abstract :
Typically organizational decisions and planning involves several levels, and decision makers with varying degrees of authority and different priorities. The hierarchical nature of organizations often requires compromise solutions to multiobjective problems, within guidelines determined by decision makers at upper levels. The set of objectives at each level of the organizational hierarchy may be different and decision makers within each level may be co-operative or non-cooperative. So far, research has been conducted about individual dimensions of decision making, namely, hierarchical decision making, multicriteria decision making, co-operative versus non-cooperative decisions. This paper unifies the first two dimensions above. Analytical tools such as multiobjective programming and game theory are integrated providing a group decision and negotiation support system for bi-level problems
