Abstract :
The new generation migrant-workers have become the main body of the industrial workers in China while their labor-capital issues have not been adequately and scientifically addressed. Based on John W. Budd´s 3-dimension framework of humanistic employment focusing on efficiency, equity and voice, the paper first observes the status quo of the new generation migrant-workers, in 4 cities of Fujian and Guangdong provinces from equity and voice perspective, and the impact of their multi-interest appeals on labor-capital relations and its orientation. Then a regression model of labor-capital relation is put forward to provide theoretical guidance and analytical tool for the study of labor-capital relations of the new generation migrant-workers.
