Abstract :
It is well-known that a network topology affects a system dynamics, it allows to use the system dynamics to identify topology. In this paper we consider two methods of system dynamics: network communities detection based on random walk and phase clustering behaviors of phase-coupled oscillators in complex networks. These methods may be used to evaluate robustness of communities detection and to make missing links predictions in complex networks.
