Abstract :
A sixth-order Chebyshev low-pass filter(LPF) for single-chip UHF RFID Reader, which is designed in UMC 0.18 μ m 1P6M CMOS technology, is presented. Compared to the other structure filter, this LPF have better line and attenuation characteristic. The cut-off frequency is designed at 125kHz complying with the specified protocol of EPC global Class-1 Generation-2 standard, the gain in the -3dB frequency keeps 0 dB and the attenuation is 53.16dB at 250kHz.
