In 2007, an unpredicted financial crisis had the world dumbfounded, the crisis caused losses in U.S. and around the world are not to be ignored in either U.S. real economy or volatility of Global financial market. The crisis has undoubtedly brought a lot of inspiration to China, because Chinese Bond Market is still at the initial stage. The paper summarizes the main problems of Chinese Bond Market, Analysis the cause of the problems. Countermeasures on the smooth development of the market are given at the end of the paper.
