  • Abstract
    We show that a 10-Gbit/s per channel SM-fiber wavelength-division multiplexed (WDM) system could be extended from 70 km to 270 km using an array-waveguide multiplexer (AWGM) with a quadratic phase shift added across its waveguide array.
