Abstract :
A new scheme for a optica N bit pattern matching is presented. It is impemented for the comparison of bit patterns at Gbs. The maximum power penalty on the output signa is .5 dB. Keywords: semiconductor optica ampifiers, cross gain moduation, pattern matching.
