Abstract :
A behavioral modeling technique for the MOS devices by using the fuzzy logic system is proposed in this paper. Based on the use of the device prior knowledge, an efficient model structure identification algorithm is given, which simplifies the fuzzy modeling process significantly. The experimental results show that the model constructed by the algorithm predicts the device´s DC, small-signal and large dynamical signal behavior accurately. The principle of this approach is general and can be extended to the modeling of other types of device.
