Abstract
The set pair analysis theory is used to demand forecasting for human resource. Considering the certainties and uncertainties in the dynamic environment of human resource, the paper adopts the identity-discrepant-contrary (IDC) pattern to execute the classification and measurement, the weight coefficient is determined by entropy theory. Then the prediction is given to a certain group, the results show that the method is effective for the prediction of human resource, it has provided a new idea in this area.
